You have your switch in the down position. That's all if you had it set to idle 1 it would fire up once the ESC initialized. Look at your top switches to the right and flip it the other position (off). starcop
Evo 50 is a nitro no ESC, also you will get a similar warning if you try to turn it on with the switch in idle up and it wont transmit till you fix it.
