Hi, I'm a newbie in RC Héli. I bought an Hirobo Sceadu Evo .50 and flew it a couple of time. today I got an incident, at first look it seems only a little part is missing. (I include the picture). But since then when my Tx is on this message is appearing: MIX OFF! TH-HOLD and it keep beeping. What does that mean? My Tx is a Futaba 7chp
Thanks in advance...

If you review the 7C [link=http://manuals.hobbico.com/fut/7c-manual.pdf]manual[/link], you'll find on PG 19 a description of possible error messages.
The usual error message is Low Battery but the others that cause the message is when you have one of the defined mixes (Throttle hold, idle-up for heli mode) enabled when you power on your TX.
First find out which switch you have assigned to activate Throttle Hold and switch Throttle Hold off.
If either one of the mixes (see above) are ON at TX power up you will get the beeping alarm so ensure neither of the functions are ON at power up. Switching the functions ON after power only displays the mix (does not beep).

You have your switch in the down position. That's all if you had it set to idle 1 it would fire up once the ESC initialized. Look at your top switches to the right and flip it the other position (off). starcop

the part you are missing is the link between the see saw and the main blade DO NOT FLY IT that one part controlles the pitch on that blade if you fly it you will have no control and you WILL crash. i am not sure which part number it is but i am sure someone who ownes one of these machines will be able to tell you.
