What would be considered the minimum servo speed and torque for the freya EX?

I was looking at either the Futaba 9250's or 9252's. Would either be a good choice? Would the speed be better or the torque. Or maybe a mix of the 2? I'm really not sure what controls on a heli require the extra speed or torque.

Or would both of these servo's be considered "overkill".

9250 Troq-76oz Speed-0.11
9252 Torq-92oz Speed-0.14

I've already got the GY-502 Gyro with 9253 servo so that's a given.
