Sorry for the late reply. So I definately should not use the Align ESC I have? I will go with probably a different 40 amp one like the E flite V2 40 Amp.
The model number of the e flite servos I have is S75. They are sub micro and rated at 17.2 oz/in torque @ 4.8 volts.
So now I guess I need a new ESC, charger, battery, and connectors right?
1. Yes, I would NOT use the Align ESC, it does not look like it is spec'd. to handle that 12 pole motor, their cut-off is at a 10 pole motor.
2. Those servos should be ok. If you have something else to use those servos in, and don't mind spending a little $$'s, I would recommend the HiTec HS-65 with the Karbonite gears. They will just hold up better to the 3D application.
3. You definitely need a new ESC. The charger you have will work, but it will take a very long time at that mah rating. You will need a 2100mah battery for sure, and some connectors for the ESC and the battery.
