Hi SunDevilpilot,hate to tell you but if you ever build a Sig kit you'll find that they have some of the best instructions of anyone.Yes there is a big difference in laser and die cut. The laser is more precise and the fit is almost perfect,on some die cut parts the fit is so bad that the wood needs replacing,or the wood is crushed.THERE ARE GOOD KITS IN EITHER METHOD OF CUTTING,Great Planes,Goldberg,Sig,Balsa USA,there's other good kits as well,but over the years this kits have been the most fun to build and fly.
