Default Charger Question

I am running two 2000 batteries in my tiger (I have ordered two after market 3000s)..

Well I calculated 9 to 10 hours for a full charge based on everything I have read here.

I am using the Mato charger till my new batteries come.

Usually the charger gets warm. No worries there... however when I went to unplug the charger I noticed it was not warm. Then when I ran my tank I noticed it had barely any juice. I have used my charger port configuration before, the charger got warm.. and no problem. When the batteries are low you really notice a loss of torque when going over obstacles... even rough ground.

Any info regarding my little problem would be great!
