Could be as the throttle goes up the given aileron is too much. I'll try backing off the aileron as I come up on the throttle. Never thought of that

If you are asking me about the flatspin here is a no brainer way MY Magic will enter a flatspin every time.
1) Up high at idle flying slow (if you stall that's fine) put both sticks in the bottom left corners. The plane will be spinning but not flat.
2) Slowly slide the right stick to the right until the spin becomes flat. Idle or high idle speed the whole time.
This is a classic flatspin entry and works every time with my Magic.
