No Way guys,

I was given an Engine on the past weekend, looks identical. I have been wondering what that was. My engine says made in the USA in the magneto flywheel, but on the bottom of the engine it says Made in Canada??? Only other marking is an 81 on the bottom of the engine and on the back of the crankcase. I think that mine is much smaller then 40cc.
I started it last night, runs like a top idles at about 900RPM.
