Default Formula to calculate CG movement

Help...

I remember there is a formula out there to help calculate how far the CG moves based on how you move a weighted object in the airframe....

ie: you move a battery that weighs 4 oz, 3 inches rearward, what is the new CG.....

I remember seeing a formula to calculate this all out....
it is NOT the standard "Calculate the CG" formula that is all over the place, this one actually dealt with moving objects in the airframe
Anyone know where I can find this?

Thanks
