I like the battery tray, it is well mounted, it has sufficient holes to allow airflow to cool the battery and it has a groove that holds the Velcro from moving up and down.
The only thing I added is six foam rubber dots that I cut with a hollow punch tool. Then I pressed it to a double sided transparent tape and cut it round. Stick it to the battery tray and you're done.
