Almost any plane is hoverable. Sig LT Kadets do it very well, Cubs do it. With the right thumbs/fingers and good power to weight. it can be done. I hovered a Dyniflight Decathlon with a Satio 150 last year. At 16lbs it turned into a long stretched out tailslide But very stable in hover and very controllable.
The picture is of Somenzini at the German Air Show I believe last year.
