Well, I’ve been out of pocket and time has been very limited for any modeling fun. I appreciate the enthusiasm and am very eager to make some more progress.

About the only thing new to report is fitting and measuring the formers…making sure everything lines up square and fits perfectly. The next plan of attack is beefing up the rear section of the hull then open up the center of the hull to accommodate the engine, fuel tank, electronics and so on… Once that’s done, then it’s on to sealing the wood and putting together the superstructure.

I’m also waiting for the strut and rudder to arrive so that I can make sure that there won’t be any unforeseen problems with fit.
