Default RE: New Pilot

Dont get discouraged... I flew planes for many many years and just recently jumped into heli's. Seemed like it took forever to get comfy hovering, then nose-in hovering, then fast forward.... after a whole lotta fuel, a couple seasons of practice and a lot of simulator time I'm just now getting comfy with flips & loops & toying with inverted hovering. Take the time to get very familiar with hovering in all orientations & you'll have much less "exciting" recoveries from botched manuevers later. Take your time & have fun!! Attempting nose-in hovering on your first attempt is quite an accomplishment.
