RE: g62 starting problems
There is a carb isolation block (black or brown) between carb and head. If the screws get loose, then you loose port
pressure to the carb and it won't allow gas in. Be careful in tightening those 2 screws (going thru the carb body) as if you over tighten, you will crack that phonelic block and then you'lll never get it started. You can remove the block also to inspect and look for any hairline crack..it does not take much. Also, there is a very small filter inside the carb, (see where inlet is..and remove small screws panel) the screen if very small and easily plugs up..it is removable and very small, so don't loose. You get a new
screen and other parts when you order a rebuilt kit for a g-62. A new isolation block is available at Horizon hobby if yours is cracked.
