The 91 FS engine in the picture at the location of the link you provided has a twin needle carb. The idle mixture screw is inside the throttle arm.
Maybe someone will alert the webmaster... Looks like a typical copy-n-paste error. I'll bet the same statement is/was used for all their engines.
