Default RE: Belt Drive Conversion Kit

Sorry All I will refrain from starting a flame war, just don't like to be put down when I saw no reason that my post was not in line with this and other discussions on the eflite forum. Please reference WheeeeeeCP where Crash and choppers are both deciding on the Esky KingV2. I believe Arrow and a few others are also contemplating moving from a tail motor to a belt.

In response to the author or this particular thread, I apologize. I too have looked at the microheli design. It looks rather expensive considering the cost/benefit, especially when you could buy another bird or skeleton bird such as the falcon/hbkv2/compy etc... that would actually be cheaperand give you the option of selling your CP, which I assume you have since this is an eflite forum and you are asking about a CP Belt conversion.

On the moving forward side, I'd like to second or third attempts in this forum, to implore Eflite to get rid of the tail driven motor in favor of the belt drive tail with auto rotate main hub.

I hope they hear this as I do respect the eflite brand I just wonder where their heart is. Either the money of making these or the hobby itself. In the interest of the hobby I think all minis and micros will be using belts sometime in the future, it's just a matter of time until competition drives all sub-$200 RTF models this way.

Thanks and sorry for the above outburst.
