I built a 4*40 and wanted the canopy painted because I didn't want to add a pilot and didn't want to see an empty cockpit.
I found some spray paint for plastics at Lowes. I sprayed several light coats allowing about 30 minutes between each spray. I am very pleased. See for yourself.
