the idle up question - go into idle up! doh!

i forgot to go into idle up and pulled a loop, i was trying to do a 2second inverted hover at the top, but forgot to go into idle up, stalled the blades as i went full negative. i managed to pull out of the loop, but the esc was in softstart from me cutting throttle without idle up and bang, into the dirt, luckilly, i had got the chopper back round out of the loop and only broke undercarrige and bent the tailboom, straightened the boom, glued the skids, and i went for another flight - pulled 2 loops with no issue.
