I don't mean to bust your bubble guys, but that is NOT a Super Cub. It was a 1/3rd World Models Cub, with a Super Cub cowl. It had no flaps and was powered by a Saito 320 Pegasus. Radio failure was the cause and it is not repairable, only the wing was salvagable, but the rest of the airframe was not. Only had about a dozen flights on it.... Hasn't as yet figured what made the PCM (Futaba) go into fail safe...(fail safe?) that's an oxymoron...... How do I know? I fly with the guy all the time.......
