trim off the plastic from both the aileron and the wing that is left over from the broken hinge, trim it flush. then doing the best job you can carefully slot a new hinge location preferably outboard of the old one as it will be easier to work on, and install a new hinge. If this seems like a too big of a pain in the butt then cut em all off and reinstall all new ones. Might actually be easier.
I'M assuming these don't have a removable pin, otherwise you would have said 'wow I should remove these pins and fix that broken hinge'
