Hinge replacement. Firewall pushrod
First, I just had one of my pinned hinges break off. This is on the outside of my wing. How do I get a new hinge in? The other hinges are ok and I can’t pull the aileron away from the wing.
Second, my 4* 40 ARF throttle pushrod is too close to the center of the firewall by just a little. However, my gas tank won’t fit into the correct spot. So I need to drill a new hole. What should I fill the old hole with? I need to move the hole over about ½ the size of the current hole. So whatever I use I have to be able to drill through it.

RE: Hinge replacement. Firewall pushrod
trim off the plastic from both the aileron and the wing that is left over from the broken hinge, trim it flush. then doing the best job you can carefully slot a new hinge location preferably outboard of the old one as it will be easier to work on, and install a new hinge. If this seems like a too big of a pain in the butt then cut em all off and reinstall all new ones. Might actually be easier.
I'M assuming these don't have a removable pin, otherwise you would have said 'wow I should remove these pins and fix that broken hinge'
