I emailed support and got no response after several days to my problem. Phone support puts you in a voice box with a Memorial day recording. It is July......Maybe something will happen here.

I bought 2 Matrixes and one of them out of the box is missing a screw. On the exploded view it is G36229. This holds the rear 'sway bar' down. Send me an email to mike AT akulakat.com PLEASE.
If there is a nut that goes with it, I'll need that too.
