Gentlemen,

I am building a GP E. Cub and want to go
with a BL motor, verses the brushed suggested
motor. My question (s) is direct drive a better
option than gear drive? Weight is an issue with
this kit,per the manual. The AUW is supose to
be between 4 and 5 LBS. This is my first Elictric
build of a Plane as i'm currently hovering and FF
on my Heli. Which is Elec. btw.
Can anyone suggest a reliable BL motor and ESC
combination for my Cub?
