Definitely get the gyro, however, it may interest you to know that the Telebee HH gyro is the same gyro used by eflite and even marketed under the align 500 brand. Just look at 'em and youll see that the only difference between them is the sticker on the front...and the price. I went HH upgrade on my CP Pro along with a direct drive tail mod (about $15) and it was like flying a new heli, much more locked in and I could fly it fairly fast sideways with no rudder input whatsoever. Aluminum makes your heli a bit more crashworthy and also heavier...neither of which makes it actually funner to FLY.
