Both are solid truggies from everything I've researched. I had that very same question a month ago and ended up going with the Hobao (OFNA) Hyper ST....and haven't regretted my decision. I'm sure I would have been just as happy with the CEN, but honestly just go with whichever you feel most comfortable with. Either way you will end up with a quality truggy that will perform well.
