I agree with Showtime. Just remember you are going to crash. Its inevitable and part of the hobby. You can grab any high wing ARF and just swap your gear out of the PTS. You won't need much gear if you go to a club, most members will help you out as you get started.

If you got a few extra bucks, I would get 4 extra servos at 9 bucks each for your High wing. If you got a Tower Hobbies 40 with 4 hitec 311 servos you would still be cheaper than a Hanger 9 Arrow ARF.
