Consider going to a 9 tooth pinion motor (EFLH1110B) with a main motor heat sink (EFLH1128). This is a recommended motor/pinion combo for sym blades and 3 cell LiPos IIRC.

I would also throw a tail motor heat sink (EFLH1131) or two on it while your at it.
