I have the same engine,no velocity stack,was running the sme prop as you and maybe getting the same rpms but dont remember.i bought a 18x6 zinger pro but my tach broke so i havent tested it yet.I would leave the engine alone and just fly it.the inboard screw closest to the engine is idle screw.the other one high.but i wouldnt do a thing to it.i also have a pitts muffler on mine.(my sons actually).installed on a Balsa USA 1/4 scale DVIII.84 ws,14.25 lbs. with engine RTF dry.
