Can not find any reference to muffler clearance issues in this thread. Using template for diagonal mounting of OS .91 FX in the Venus ll, muffler does not clear exhaust/muffler cut out. Since this muffler is 1 1/2 inches longer than .61, suspect additional clearance was not planned. Seems my choices are: increase cut out, add muffler extension or move engine up. Anyone run into this?
