Get some fresh 20% fuel prime the carb with like 2 drops of fuel and try it again giving a little throttle and it should fire up if its not flooding. If it seems to be flooding try leaning the top end needle some. Priming is always the easiest way to fire it back up after sitting because the engine tends to gum up. Keep adjusting the needles and you should be able to get it, always have another glow plug around that you know is good to make sure that isnt the problem.
