open your carb look at the needle if the low end is closed it won't allow fuel to enter! back it off till you hear a hiss while blowing through the fuel tube then you know your getting fuel! It is a air fuel mixture Air coming thru the carb throat and fuel comming thru the needle..needle closed shut and you get no mixture!
