Ok have you capsized the boat,or have you ran it,because I have had the same problems,it is most likely that you will need to send the boat back or take it to your local hobby shop because I had the same problem...took it to my local hobby shop....guy looked at it knew what was wrong and that fixed it any other information can you provide me?
