You may be limited by your end ponts, no offset and you will only be active below half throttle. you can only set the % with the switch active.
You may need to adjust your linkage or try removing rhe linkage and set you endpoints up, activate the switch and check it actually moves...that will be the furthest it can move..dont want to overdrive the servo!
