If you wanted to run a Feigao motor on 29v or 24 cells, I would recommend the 540 14XL. A great ESC would be the barracuda 80.
really. i'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a great esc. they blow up on 20 cells if you over amp them a bit. and that is what they are rated for .
24 cells is out of the question.
what you need are come castle creations HV110 esc. HV standing for hi voltage. or you could try the shulze 40.160
