I admit that I have absolutey no desire to fly, but everyday I read all the latest news about engines, 4cycles, Stihls, ignition kits and such, almost no work has been done on my 1/4 scale Ryan.
And I am collecting engines everyday, thinking about ways to balance the conrods, crank, trim the case and my biggest headache is getting a minilathe so I can make my own prop adapters since nobody has them for sale, must ship engine to them which is expensive. If only a person had an online store that could reference the engine/threads/taper and just sell it by one click method, instead its like trying to get beer during prohobition!
So I am forced to spend around $600 to make a $10 part, which everyone who does makes these adapters claim its a "special job".
