Sorry, but that is not the point. It is not that the laser is a better buy.
I only expected a single to do better (power-wise) then a v-twin with the same displacement.
It did not, and that is my disappointment. I hoped this engine would be a inexpensive alternative for a engien in a pattern ship, but it is not up to that task.
