Sorry... I transposed the number... it's Mobile Jet Oil 254. I don't know if I'd say it was very very Toxic. It is a synthetic chemical and it has some toxic components and should be handled appropriately. That also applies to the stuff already in the fuel before adding this to it. The MSDS sheet doesn't indicate an alarming toxicity. Like everything else it should be handled sensibly... ie Keep it off your hands as much as possible, don't eat food with contaminated hands, don't inhale concentrated exhaust smoke, etc., etc
I know this has been and issue for the turbine guys... I specifically went with Mobil 254 because of it's characteristics and relatively low toxicity. Use it, don't use it, I'm just noting what I do. The MSDS for it can be viewed at:
