On my 6 channel Futaba (don't know if the 9c is the same) the aileron servos hook up 1 in channel 1 and 1 in channel 6 for flaperons.
Although I see no need for them, a Y harness to channel one is all I need. If I want to play with flaps I fly an airplane that has them.
