Email me directly and put CX SETUP in the subject line so I find it. I have it all here as a Microsoft Word document. It's a large file with a few photos included (6.4 MB) and I can email it to you directly.
If I need to, I can strip the photos out (they really don't add a lot - file size is only 66 KB without the photos) and it's entirely email friendly. How's that for service?
