I have the same Schulze model. I am pretty sure there is a separate mode for NiMh batteries. It wouldn't be good idea to charge NiMh with NiCD programs since you will have extremely hot batteries and you may damage the NiMh. In order to select the correct mode just push + and - buttons in a row at the same time.
