i'm in the same boat as you. about 11 pound plane. like the sound/torque of a four. wieghs 1.5lbs less then the gas. more torque then the 1.60. but not near the hp as a gas. its just that weight. with the glow i can put redundancy stuff in my plane and not worry about weight. wouldn't be talking about this if i would have got the yak. wing loading is rated a lot higher. so i'm in a dilema.
