Default RE: ucando46 AILERON NEUTRAL POSITION???

I am on my 3rd U Can Do 3D 46. All have some level of twist in the ailerons, even after taking lots of time to shrink covering till flat. So if I run a laser incidence gauge for dead on precision and the pitch changes 2-3 degrees along the span of the aileron, what exactly have I accomplished?
Sight down the aileron from the wing tip and align to the center of the wing as best you can. You need to mentally average out the twist. And since the ailerons were made to move 45 degrees either way, 1 or 2 degrees off will not hurt much. The airplane will never be a IMAC pattern bird.
