RE: 450SA electronics questions
In my case the Align 35 amp ESC caused a lot of interference. I have a Futaba 72mhz radio. It is always good practice to physically separate the "power" package (batteries, ESC, main motor) from the "electronics" suite. (servos, receiver, gyro). I mean that only the servo lead going from the ESC to the receiver should go from one group of components to the others if you encounter interference problems. It is also a good practice to install a ferrite ring on that lead to filter out unwanted glitches. My T-Rex was setup according to the instruction manual (gyro in the front and ESC underneath the frame) and I experienced major glitches which eventually caused a crash. I then converted to Finless Bob's setup (all the power components in the front and all the electronics in the back), added a ferrite ring, and now my radio link is solid as a rock.
Good luck
