Sight down the aileron from the wing tip and align to the center of the wing as best you can. You need to mentally average out the twist. .... The airplane will never be a IMAC pattern bird.
I am in total agreement with Jsenicka's method. Don't make a big deal of it. Fly it, trim it and enjoy.
