Has anyone fiddled around with ign. timing on spe 26 yet?i adjusted mine advancewise as far as slot would allow and saw a definate improvement of about 250/300 rpms and better idle and quicker response.This leads me to believe they are very mildly timed from factory.No evidence of preignition was heard.I'm thinking of taking retainer screws out of pickup unit and securing it temporarily with a wiretie so i can adjust while runnig WOT, then take it until preig. is heard and back it off a little .The slots could then be colored in with a pen or marker and holes redrilled.I don't know how this will affect the easy hand starting as i always start mine with a starter.Please don't just reply by a Zenoia or something as this forum is here to improve the products we do buy.Thanks
