I can't speak from personal experience, but the buzz 'on the street' is that the RC-TEK Diablo is a quality machine, and RC-TEK is reputable. They have good 'word of mouth' all over the place, so I would be willing to try them out...

Finless Bob is also going to be doing a review on the Diablo soon. He's already started the thread over on helifreak, but there's not much info there yet. I am anxious to see what he has to say about it...
