KV is 1000 RPM per volt. So, 11.1 LiPo setup would yield 11,100 RPM at full throttle. The other one would be 9100 RPM at full throttle. The difference may be in the torque provided, slower may turn a bigger prop, but I am not sure about that. Maybe someone else can answer that for you.
