A tip to newbies like myself:
I have done this a couple of HPI bodies now, and the last time it went a lot smoother than the first. I have also used the circle cutter mentioned above. The first try I thought I had to use the circle cutter to pierce the lexan entirely, but what I found this latter time was that the cutter only needs to make an incision into the lexan, so you dont actually need to get the blade all the way through!

Using this technique I had no problems with "cutting" (its more like drawing) the entire circle in one turn. I used medium force, and the blade left a clean track. I then applied some pressure with my hands from the outside in towards the middle of the body, the lexan just slid off leaving a perfect circle without any jagged edges. Kind of the same gesture as if you were tearing a piece of paper.
