Like the others have said, it does not include everything. A full kit usually contains everything you need to build the plane. For example, I built the Top Flite Corsair. Just about everything was included - wood, rods, clevises, sheeting, decals, canopy, tires, etc. No glue, electronics, etc but everything as far as parts that were needed to build it.

Like hogflyer said, verify what comes in the short kit so you'll know what you will need to get.
