That prop would suit an engine somewhere around the .30 to .35 size or maybe a little larger depending on how high you wanted the engine to rev. It's suited to a trainer type of model because the low pitch (5 inches) won't give a high airspeed.

As far as propellor geometry goes have a look at http://www.supercoolprops.com/articles.php where you'll find many articles on prop design (and it's Australian so you know it has to be good ). And have a look through http://www.bolly.com.au/book/content.html (also Aussie).
